Every order at Sugar'd Flours is custom, which used to mean a lot of back-and-forth messages to pin down designs, dates and deposits.
The new site gives customers a simple way to send a request, see the menu and pricing, browse the gallery or buy a gift certificate. Deposits go out as Square invoices. Behind the scenes, the owner can publish menus, cap how many orders come in and block off dates without touching any code.
